Am I a candidate for a Virtual Skincare Consultation? What's your cancellation policy?

Great question! And yes! Everyone is a candidate for virtual skincare.  Virtual Skincare Consultations are an easy, convenient way to take an in depth look at what's going on with your skin and overcome your skin challenges for good. Virtual Skin Parties are a great way to get together with friends from all over the country! And virtual makeup lessons can help you take your skills from now to wow without leaving the comfort of your home. 


CANCELLATION POLICY

Champagne Apothecary asks clients to reschedule any appointments at least 48 hours in advance. We understand unexpected circumstances happen from time to time and are happy to assist in the event of an emergency, as a one time courtesy. However, the studio is very busy and we want to serve our customers well. Repeated cancellations/no-shows take up valuable time in the studio's schedule and ultimately impede upon other client's ability to book. Therefore, cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance and/or no shows will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the specific service(s) booked. Additionally, if a client fails to reschedule an appointment within the allotted time more than twice, that client will no longer be allowed to book appointments.

When I need to replenish my skincare products, how can I do so?

What's your return policy? 

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Unopened, unused and undamaged products purchased at our physical location may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date with the original receipt. All returns will be refunded for the equal value of the original purchase price in the form of an exchange or store credit only. We keep record of all purchases digitally. If a transaction cannot be verified, a refund will be denied.


ONLINE PURCHASES

Unopened, unused and undamaged products purchased online at champagneapothecary.com, may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date with the original receipt. All returns will be refunded for the equal value of the original purchase price in the form of an exchange or store credit only. We keep record of all purchases digitally. If a transaction cannot be verified, a refund will be denied.


Additionally, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees when making an online return or exchange. Champagne Apothecary does not pay for shipping charges to return or exchange any items. As with in-store purchases, all online purchases will be refunded for the equal value of the original purchase price in the form of store credit or exchange only. As an alternative, if you are in the area, you may return your online purchases in store as long as your purchase is accompanied by your original receipt and your refund will be processed as an in-store refund.


WHAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON


Champagne Apothecary does not offer refunds on any product that has shifted in it's container during shipping (i.e. appearing to be "half-full" etc.). Skincare products (especially creams & liquids) tend to shift during transport and since skincare products are packaged by weight and often in containers that are larger than the product's weight, there is room for the product to shift and condense potentially making it appear half-full when, in fact, it is not. Since this is a common occurrence in the skincare industry, we do not accept returns of this nature. No exceptions.


Additionally, we do not accept returns on any DIY, custom (including, but not limited to print on demand apparel, tote bags, notebooks, stickers, coffee mugs etc.), opened or used products, services, final sale items, or gift certificates. No exceptions.


CHARGEBACKS

All purchases will be marked as coming from CHMPGNEAPOTHECARY on your credit card statement.

Before deciding to initiate any form of chargeback, please speak with us first. We keep very detailed records and documentation of all purchases. If a chargeback is initiated and the bank finds we are not responsible after reviewing our records and documentation, the customer will be charged the $15.00 fee Champagne Apothecary is charged by our payment processor for processing the chargeback.

I bought an Eco-Friendly Tote Bag. How does my discount work?

First of all, THANK YOU! You've helped us take a step towards sustainability!


When it comes to the discount, here's how it works:


You get 10% off all purchases (with a few exceptions) for the entire calendar year in which you purchased your tote. For example, buy the bag anytime in 2023 and enjoy the 10% off until December 31st, 2023.


Each year we get new totes (you can collect them all!), so if you've enjoyed your discount, purchase a new bag each year!


What's not included in the discount:

- Already discounted items (including sale, promos, gift baskets, gift sets etc)

- Pre-ordered items
